Unbleached Kraft Board, also known as Solid Unbleached Sulfate (SBS) or Coated Natural Kraft (CNK) is used in the packaging industry where high strength as well as good printability is required. This board is commonly used in beverage packaging and for box applications where strength and a kraft appearance is desired. This board is usually coated on one side with a clay coating for printing application. There are only two paper mills in the United States which manufactures this type of paperboard and IPM has a close relationship with both companies.
